💡 My Weekend Picks
If I had to narrow it down…
City Lights Stars: Stanley Dan - Stanley Dan has a jazz-rock style and covers some amazing artists. I can’t wait for this concert. I have my picnic blanket in the truck already.
Outdoor Recreation Fair - Of course we spend a lot of time outside exploring so this should be pretty fun. There are going to be some great demonstrations and learning experiences!
ALCD Kid's Fest - The ALCD Kid Fest should be a blast! There will be tons of fun for everyone along with face painting and a petting zoo!
That’s it for this week.
📝 Before You Head Out:
It’s going to be hot and wet this weekend. Temps in the high 80s with a real chance of rain both Friday and Sunday, so pack a poncho or a backup plan if you’re heading to Burritt or the Botanical Garden.
Most of this weekend’s events are free, which means you can sample a few without breaking the bank. And if you’re eyeing Swif-Tea, grab those tickets before Sunday… all sales are final.
If you end up at any of these, I’d love to hear how it goes! And if you know of any hidden gems I should include in next week’s roundup, send them my way.
Happy adventuring,
Ryan 🚀
